Upon email provide me your cell so that I can give you the delivery charge to be paid separate & will send my 5 forms of payment.
The other benefit of having your cell is so that I can text the ETA on date of delivery as well as give a quick text when dropped on porch or doorstep :) . ** (This number will then be deleted from my phone unless you request that I save it for future deliveries)
Charges will be according to my driving distance such as
up to 7 miles from my address at 75201 = $5
10- 15 miles = $8 (if order is above $100 after discount) or $10 if below
